-Le Samedi :     12h00-13h30 Sanda

 

Cours enfants -15 ans :

-Le Mardi :       17h-18h (6-9 ans)

-Le Mercredi :  18h-19h (tous niveaux)

-Le Samedi :    11h-12h (tous niveaux)
